Holly Springs City Council Set to Vote on 45 Home Mixed Use Development Tonight

Tonight, the Holly Springs City Council will vote on wether to approve a 45 home mixed use development slated for 10 acres of land along Holly Springs Parkway.

The proposed development would have a density of around 4.5 homes per acre and would include a commercial property adjacent to the road. Home prices would range from the low to mid $200's. If approved, Stonebriar Development Group, LLC says construction could start as soon as Jan. 2017.
