Woodstock Police Force Rolls Out BodyCams

The Woodstock Police Department has joined the growing list of law enforcement agencies embracing body-worn cameras in an effort to become more transparent to the community they serve. The cameras will attach directly to the Officer's uniform, and are required of any

Woodstock Officer who responds to 911 calls or accident scenes in the course of their daily duties. The agency's new body cameras are compatible with the in car video system already in place and the feed is easily accessable in the event of an officer-invloved shooting or other officer involved incident or complaint.
